Hi! Lots of my subscribers requested this piece. Typically, Schubert’s pieces are difficult to express well because it is hard to feel his mixed feelings. I recorded this piece last week. But, I didn’t like it from the interpretation perspective. So, I had to record it again this week, the upload was delayed. Anyway, I hope that you guys like this performance. Thank you so much for your support!! Please don’t forget to subscribe, like and comments! Have a nice day!

Did you know that… At the end of 1816 (at the age of 19), Schubert left his father's school and Salieri's teaching. In 1817, he was taken in by his friend Franz von Schober, with whom he stayed several times later. That year he wrote six piano sonatas and numerous lieder (including Der Tod und das Mädchen and Die Forelle). Franz Schubert's Moments Musicaux are six short piano pieces from the late creative period of the musician. The first publisher of these pieces in 1828, Sauer and Leidesdorf, entitled them, in approximate French, Moments musicaux.

Франц Шуберт за всю свою жизнь написал огромное количество произведений, но все равно умер в нищете. Кстати, сразил его тиф.
Is it me or does this melody wants to tell you that you're having a wonderful day and there is something missing. Each note tells you that you're missing something and the silence at the end informs you that you have found it, you've found that particular missing piece, the cherry on top of the cake.

Schubert is one of those composers that never cease to amaze me. Every piece is different from the melodies to the accompanying and the orchestra. It's like i am entering another universe each time i listen to a different piece. You Kassia express this feeling at an astonishing level through this piece. Bravo. A recommendation for the future: Fantasia for four hands (Schubert). It would be great if we could listen the whole piece with a partner.
