Two people who obviously embody the spirit of Schubert in all that they do. Incredible concert that I will not forget.

I haven't heard such a wonderful performance since Hans Hotter. Thank you. The accompanist is the first rate.

I am always awed how Schubert could create such poignant beauty from such longing and heartbreak.

Very impressive performance. One of the best singing that I ever heard recently. Very lyrical without excessive expression which can easily be found from young singers such as Ian Bostriage. I believe he must have studied about poetic declamation seriously, but I should say that his technique sounding like portamento (rather scooping or short appoggiatura) execution at the beginning of many notes and phrases need to be considered. Because it causes unnecessary stress and against smooth legato phrasing, though it is not annoying very much. Mr. Martineau's acc also made mr. Oliemans's singing brilliant. The response of audience was also very good.

Ha!

Sorry! 1. Liebesbotschaft (Message of Love) 2. Kriegers Ahnung (Soldier's Foreboding) 3. Frühlingssehnsucht (Longing in Spring) 4. Ständchen (Serenade) 5. Aufenthalt (Resting Place) 6. In der Ferne (In the Distance) 7. Abschied (Farewell) 8. Der Atlas (Atlas) 9. Ihr Bild (Her Portrait) 10. Das Fischermädchen (The Fisher Girl) 11. Die Stadt (The Town) 12. Am Meer (At the Seashore) 13. Der Doppelgänger (The Ghostly Double) 14. Die Taubenpost (The Courier Pigeon)
