Schuberth SC1 communication system - instructions, manual and installation

Have you purchased the new Schuberth SC1 Bluetooth communication system? In this video we'll explain the most important features and settings of both the Standard and Advanced communication systems.
0:32 General information: installation, difference between Standard and Advanced, operation of the buttons (on/off, increase/decrease volume).
Microphone and speakers are already built in, you only have to slide the module and battery into the helmet.
1:17 General operation: turning on the communication system, adjusting the volume, turning off the SC1, configuration menu (this is where you can alter diverse settings such as pairing your mobile phone).
2:55 Pairing a mobile phone or a navigation system.
Here I explain how to establish a Bluetooth connection between your phone/navigation system and the SC1. This way you will hear all of your navigation instructions in your helmet, or you can listen to music and make calls.
4:45 Making calls and playing music: here I explain in short how to make and end calls. I also explain how to play music via your mobile phone, how to pauze the music and how to skip to the next song.
6:28 FM radio. Setting up and operating the built-in FM-radio (SC1 Advanced only)
6:53 Pairing with other communication systems to have conversations with other motorcyclists. Here I explain how to connect with another SC1 system, a different Sena model or a universal system by a different manufacturer (like Cardo).
7:20 Pairing with another Schuberth SC1 communication system. This can be done with a maximum of three other systems. You are then able to communicate in a group intercom, or start an individual conversation with one of the 4 paired riders.
7:56 Pairing with a non-SC1 Sena communication system.
8:28 Starting a conversation with a connected communication system.
9:28 Pairing with another 'universal' communication system. This can be done with other brands such as Cardo or Interphone. The only requirement is that the system must have the same function (Bluetooth Handsfree Mode).

Over het algemeen vindt ik het volume best laag, 80 plus moet je echt heel goed luisteren om navigatie goed te horen op het hoogste geluid niveau. Hebben meerdere mensen hier last van?

Mooie uitleg; dank je wel. Nu willen wij 3 helmen met de SC1 koppelen, zodat we ook met zijn drieën kunnen praten en elkaar horen. Dat is me nog niet helemaal duidelijk. Moet je dan gewoon de eerste twee headsets verbinden en daarna de derde? Hoor je elkaar dan ook allemaal? Alvast dank voor de reactie

When paired two c4s standard intercom it works, but phone sat nav sound does not work on Bluetooth. How can you get this working. Phone is apple 7 using Waze free satnav. Any direction would be most helpful.

Hoi ik heb pasgeleden een Schubert C4 Pro helm aangeschaft; hierbij heb ik ook het communicatiesysteem SC1A aangeschaft; koppel installeren is allemaal gelukt; echter als ik de helm koppel aan mijn BMW-motor, hoor ik de radio niet meer?! Weet iemand hier wat op? Alvast bedankt. JuKh.

Mooie uitleg. Het lukt mij echter niet om mijn ZUMO 345 te koppelen. Wat kan ik doen om dit op te lossen?

Leuke review. Ik heb 2 vragen. De advanced heeft FM, maar de basic niet, kun je dan wel de FM van je telefoon gebruiken? En vraag 2 je kunt dus NIET met meerderen tegelijkertijd praten? Je moet steeds op knopje drukken voor de volgende?

@@VoordeelHelmen in de review word gezegd dat je op knop moet drukken om met de eerste of tweede te praten, er wordt niet gezegd dat het tegelijk als groep kan. Hoe zit het nou precies?

Ik wil mijn SC1 Advanced graag koppelen met mijn zumo 660. Kan dat? Het lukt mij namelijk nog niet. Als ik mijn SC1 in beeld heb in mijn zumo 660 vraagt hij om pincode, 1234 of 0000 werkt niet. Weet u de oplossing?

beste paul ik hebt net op de beurs een c4 pro gekocht met sc1 advanced hebt eerst de telfoon gekoppeld en daarnaar de zumo 660 maar je moet in de zumo naar instelingen gaan dan bluetooth en bij audio wijzig drukken en daar dan laten zoekken op sc1a v 1.2 aan vinken dan is die gekopeld met de zumo en telfoon groetjes martien

Je zegt bij 7:44 dat je bij 1 vd 2 helmen nog 1 keer kort op plus moet drukken maar ik zie in beeld dat je toch beide knoppen indrukt, correct?

VoordeelHelmen.nl ok dankjewel! Maakt het nog uit voor de bediening dat ik een Advanced heb en mijn vrienden niet? Ik zie nl in de handleiding dat de eerste communicatie optie “for Advanced only” is. Dat xou betekenen dat ik via Universal Communication zou moeten koppelen?

Het bellen is niet goed uitgelegd hier, want als je een muziek app hebt (itunes in mijn geval) dan gaat dat ding automatisch muziek spelen. Daarbij, de set reageert niet op de Nederlandse taal. Dus als je, zoals ik, niet goed bent in talen is het lastig. Dan is een uitgebreidere uitleg waarbij er rekening wordt gehouden met een taalbarrière (iets waar sena zich dus niets van aantrekt) wel fijn.

Gut erklärt...und anschaulich am Beispiel erläutert. Man könnte noch auf die Schuberth-App und die SENA Software eingehen. Aber wie im Video gesagt ... es soll ja nur einen Überblick geben. 👍

Nu heb ik nog een vraagje, Kan ik mijn SC1 koppelen met de Cardo SHO-1 van mijn partner? Dat wil niet lukken namelijk! En als dat inderdaad niet kan, welke systemen kan ik dan wel gebruiken voor de SC1? Ben benieuwd, Vrgr Paul
