Always great to see a new Schueys video. I alway cook my chicken wings in the kettle. Best air fryer in the game. It is a damn shame and frankly, embarrassing for Weber that they don't sponser you. Love your videos. As an American, I also find the differences in words/terms interesting. We would call these breaded. We also wouldn't call them cutlets with the bone. Though we do call the bread stuff bread crumbs....so maybe it makes more sense what you call them.

They do look good but my favourite lamb dish is marinated minted lamb chops I get from my butchers with fat left on. Can’t beat a nice bit of crispy lamb fat.
