GUNTHER'S KNOWLEDGE OF CLASSICAL ORCHESTRATION AND THE JAZZ IDIOM MADE FOR A GREAT 'SPACE' ODYSSEY IN MUSIC FOR THE LISTENER IN ITS COOL WAY, LIKE WHAT A TONE POEM DOES OR DRAMATIC, CINEMATIC SPECTACULARS DO FOR SCORE MUSIC IN WATCHING GREAT EPIC FILMS AS A LEAP FORWARD IN SOUND. WHAT'S AMAZING IS THAT HIS MUSIC HAS A VERY VISUAL FEEL TO IT ALL.
