What are the factory settings of the trigger pivot screw and the weight screw? In case I need to revert to these? Thank you.

For the Trigger Weight Screw (Furthest away from the trigger) we do not suggest to alter this setting. You must have sufficient weight behind the trigger so do not leave this slack. With the factory screw, 2 full turns counter-clockwise from being flush. For the Pivot Screw (Nearest to the trigger) this is usually set in conjunction with the Travel Screw. The aim is to set this so there is a sufficient amount of trigger movement in the first stage before the second stage occurs.

Best to leave it how it was meant to be unless there's a problem with it. Then best to let a pro like this guy from your local gun shop look at it . if its not broke don't fix it as the saying goes

We would tend to agree with you. But inevitably people like to tinker and change the pulls, so it's a guide on what does what in the mechanism. We would always stress the fact that too light is dangerous and always test and check it's set at a safe setting before using live ammunition.
