I had the exact same issue and I also used a socket driver to push them into place. Didn’t use a hammer though. The method is also helpfull when assembling the circlip-part on the old Procat or Cougar shocks.

@@elfredo2065 Thanks for watching 👀 🙏 I just could get the black plastic bush in just by pushing 🤪 I also used my 5.5 drive to push in the shock seals 🤮

Also noticed that when fitting the very small after market ball bearings that if you crimp down too hard, they will not roll easily, so just check that.

Yep, same issue here. It took me a bit to figure out what was not happening, and also used a 5.5mm driver to seat them. However, I'm 99% sure my (USA) kit came with bearings (green dust seals) and not bushings for the slip shaft. Considering the challenge of assembling the driveshafts, I'm not about to tear them apart to find out :D My solution for the yokes was to heat them over the electric stove. Smooth assembly after that

@brannmitchell4602 Thanks for watching 👀 🙏 with the amount of issues with kits it wouldn't surprise me if you had premium rollers in your kit 🥳 bonus lol next video shows the pain of fitting universal driver shafts joints with no heat just painfully fitted
