Please don't take the comments about how many sides to a pyramid you should have too harshly. I for one absolutely LOVE this video, as I want to make some pyramids for my own games/hobby collection, so found this tutorial video of IMMENSE value/fun to watch :-) Absolutely HAVE to go and make some for myself now :-D Keep doing what you do, and posting your awesome videos, as I always find something inspiring to try for myself :-D

Looking forward to the film, the clip you showed of the actor with those pyramids looked very atmospheric. A great video showing how something made so simply can look awesome on film. Excellent work 👍👍

I made a prism not a pyramid- noted :) thx for the feedback. Thankfully we never say prism or pyramid in the film lol. However that’s why I write fiction, did you know that scholars have reported in ancient Mesopotamia they unearthed pictures of prisms the texts referred to as “pyramids” of the Star men. What we now call prism was well known as the Star men pyramids or alien pyramids. lol not true but you get the idea :) Good news is for the rest of my life I will never forget a pyramid has four sides. Viva La comments!

It is better that you made them three-sided, as they look more unique. It works. Period.

This would be great for a Halloween party or gaming room...and it would be fun to do... When I was in high school ('70s), there was a brief pyramid power fad. The physics teacher made a bunch of cardboard pyramids to test a variety of claims ( drum roll....pyramid power is BS). An unintended side effect was these pyramids wound up being unofficially decorated by students of each class. The overall effect was sort of cool...

I could see a use for "alien pyramids" in modern survival horror, SF, post-apocalypse, or even fantasy LARP scenarios, either as 'alien artifacts', strange devices by some nonhuman race to create portals to Dimension X, artifacts from a lost, more advanced race, etc. etc. etc. depending on the genre. Even in a tabletop game, having an actual physical prop for your players to handle and examine also adds to the game in fun ways. Not to mention they look cool and make interesting paperweights or conversation pieces too!

I wonder how many 'Cree Jaffa' remarks are in the comments. They would look extra awesome with lights in them.

False. a pyramid (from Greek πυραμίς (pyramís) is a polyhedron formed by connecting a polygonal base and a point, called the apex. It is a pyramid regardless of if how many sides it has. If you have to say "not to be that guy" you're about to be that guy.
