thing is, this requires you to repetitively apocylipse you own biosphere, that oponents dont just glass your planet, and that they get distracted enough against each other to not notice your civ once it does develope. so it is not op cause it has soo many weaknesses early on. this is basically tech/eco booming and hoping you dont get completely squashed.
