I think dependent on what study you look at, determines the 'percentage' /most common cause e.g. disc issue /compression or adhesion at say piriformis or hamstring? Great videos btw i learn a lot

Thank you so much Daniel very kind of you I think one of the key considerations now is that Piriformis is thought of far less as potential cause than we used to think it did , which has in turn increased suspicion that it is more lumbar
