But as n when it was started in my body since 14 years,it happens 99% in my both sides ......I am 35 years now....still i couldn't find any permanent treatment for this.it happened due to injury in my case. What about people who are under 23? I am 20 and about 4 months back I carried my aunt's kid and climbed G + 3 floors (weighing around 20) after that i started suffering from back pain which has now increased to sharp pain in both side of L5 and S1 place and an irritating pain upto lower portion of knee but both frontal and dorsal side . Can you please tell me is it sciatica or anything else. My xray report even says sacralization of l5 and partial straightening and spondylotic changes in the form of osteophytes. I did physio but the pain worsened and took prescribed medicines but no effect till now .
