I have numbness in both legs and walking difficulty from 6 months and from last few days I can't walk and difficulty to move legs. MRI shows extramedullary hematopoiesis mass in spine from T2-T8 which is compressed spinal cord. sir please give me some advice

Sir i m diagnosed with Degenrative disc changed at l4 l5 and L5 S1 level indenting the thecal sac not compressing the nerve root. What this means ...pls reply Is it curable? What this means . .. speciallly not compressing the nerve root?
