In comparison to the the average guy on the street, or even the average relatively fit and active person he has Incredible strength and muscle tone. but compared to the highest end competitors in weightlifting....? The same method that went in to making steroids went in to developing a science based work out (the SCIENTIFIC method). If you use steroids you are USING SCIENCE. We are (unfortunately) not Jeff Nippard. His natural limit is definitely above average. That being said, I bet you still have a bunch of gains left to reap

180 for 5'5 guys like Jeff Nippard and Alex Leonidas is at roughly 20% body fat. Lean at 10-12% he'd be more like 165, and contest-ready at 8% or less he'd be 155-160 tops, assuming he loses 0 lean mass by cutting that far.

Jeff has FAR better than average genetics. I'm also 5'5", but without gear I'd top out at 150-155. Currently I'm 193 and I still don't look as big as Jeff does in some shots. I've always said I have average genetics at best, so there's the difference between average and Jeff Nippard... it's a big difference lol.

Science based lifting broke my metabolism. I was an all state Olympic lifter who never had to cut weight. My metabolism kept me at 119 lbs. Jeff and Dr Mike’s advice has put 30 lbs on me in 2 years….and I’m 46 years old .❤❤❤❤❤ Thank you Jeff
