In the case of celiac disease, not only wheat is a problem, all cereals containing gluten must be completely excluded, including rye, oats and barley. The exception is certified gluten-free oats.

8:02 yeah it's almost like you shouldn't be eating the glucose to begin with 🤔. I know, pretty radical: solving a problem by NOT doing something, rather than throwing pharmaceuticals at it.

In other words if you want to lose weight you must be in a calorie deficit no matter whether you eat fat or carbs. You must eat healthy foods and avoid added sugar and refined grains. You must stick with it over a period of time or else you will fail.

“Reversing diabetes? Oh yeah EVERYONE AGREES remove added sugar” … meanwhile Neal Barnard “remove fat from the diet” lol I can’t stand when people talk in absolutes like that. Clearly not everyone agrees.

One of the best things you can do for your health is to retune your taste-buds so that you RELISH vegetables... As for "antinutrients", cooking deals with most of them and in any case many of them appear to be beneficial ...

One wonders why humans get diseases and wild animals don't. How is it that there is so much about losing weight but not about maintaining a healthy level of weight or body fat. Wonder if the dietary guidelines need a rethink. Wonder what happens to the gut biome of people who do not eat plants and only eat animals with no fibre and plenty of fat.

As a career it's beyond difficult. My wife and I went through a 2 yr process of certification in Holistic Nutrition. Living in Florida, unless u were a dietician u couldn't use the term nutrition in ur title which is BS. Most dieticians are certified AMA who is funded by big pharma. Getting into this professionally is extremely difficult. Plus u are dealing with the u tube carnivore and keto crowds fooling the public. Then u have football coaches, personal trainers and such that have zero clue about nutrition and have NO certifications in nutritional aspects but yet are telling people how to diet. It was beyond frustrating!!!
