I broke my right ankle when I was 16, I sprained both my ankles many times after that. In my experience I always found hard liquor of any kind to be far more effective then Ibuprofen. Preferably Jack or any Rum.

Maybe you need to take 2 tablets of Tylenol 500mg as a booster for ibuprofen's effectiveness. Since Tylenol doesn't hurt the tummy, it should be safe even when your tummy already consumes ibuprofen.

I avoid taking meds at all, the good healer should be the body. But after few soccer matches, I ve been suffering with some pains, this meds helped me to recover. At least from minor annoying pains that stay for weeks.

@@audreyhartman Oh boy does Aspirin thin the blood!! After taking it for a couple of days I cut open my foot on a small piece of glass and the bathroom floor ended up looking like a murder scene. The cut was only about a centimeter long but took forever to stop bleeding.
