Find yourself always heading in the direction of your toes? Try your heels on for size! This last video in the beginner series will help get you going the wrong-way-round and skating backwards. Some tips from just getting started to backwards crossovers (cross-unders), as well as two drills to level up your backwards skating and agressive cross-unders with the inside leg. I forgot to turn on my headset microphone - apologies for the poor audio. I added subtitles when I'm too far away from the camera. There were also some random dudes that kept walking in front of the camera so if I look rushed and pre-occupied, that's why :D
