Pakistani drama ke comment section mein sabse pehla comment “who believes that namaaz is the permanent solution of all problems “ and it gets thousands of likes everyday. Check any video from Indian creators not any such comments you will see their, basic diff btw india and Pakistan.

Dear sir, I am a nationalist Indian and some of your content in this talk wasn’t very comfortable for me to hear. But….. but, your this video is able to take me towards thinkin more critically. I have been a student of science but during my professional life science had a small role to play. Now at 68 I am again having a deep interest in science, history, philosophy and I am able to use the greatest gift of my life ‘ Internet ‘ to satisfy my hunger. Your talk with Ramchandra Guha was also an eye opener. Please keep doing this great job so that we keep benefiting with it. Thank you.

Why is he talking about problems in India? Can he mind his business? Actually, I understand him fully. Unless he connects problems in India with problems in Pakistan, he will be in trouble. Just talking straight will kill him. I can feel for him. He is not talking fearlessly.

10:10 Narendra Dabholkar was a great Rationalist. He was from my state Maharashtra. We lost such gem because of Hindutva Terrorists. India is following the path of Pakistan. This is so tragedy for my nation. At least Hoodboy sir is allowed to talk in Pakistan. Please save this intellectualism 🙏

Dr. Pervez- You are addressing Pakistani youth. You could have cited the example of church/temple desecration or conversions done by mullahs in Pakistan, rather than Ram temple in India.

Hello prof hoodboy.... It was wonderful listening you.I agree there is rise of small faction of religious radicals in India. It's a strong wave of popularism. A big section of people here thinks critically. I disagree to your many points but agreed to larger extent.

Why every time you need India example to criticize your problem and you say science born by Muslims then please one name of Muslim scientists. why denoy mohan joddo and takshashila in your country. If you denoy your culture than nobody can be save to destroy your country. If you say where is Ram then where is Allah are you seen so it is the relief. Don't criticize any relegion without having full knowledge.

Pervez sir, respect from bharat; i think you must think on the fact why 'akbar' is at all required for bharat and it's traditions- our names have since time immemorial portrayed our rich heritage and senses, where does akbar fit in that? in your country, if hypothesized to be non-stupid, how many of ram temples and durga sati mandir and sivaji marg you have?can you list a few please, from pakistan and maybe bangladesh? i will wait for your response. thankful that you mentioned Dr. Salam. [remember, i am not comparing here; but courtesies must be extended both-ways; otherwise, similar treatment must be rationally delivered] [from a resident of the state of tripura]

The origins of man’s religious aspirations are to be found in what we nowadays call science.Those who have studied mythology and primitive psychology know that magic in various forms started various trains of thought in primitive man by which he achieved what seemed to him to be rational accounts of the natural phenomena around him. It seemed to him rational that these phenomena, these events like the rising and the setting of the sun, the passage of the seasons, the flowering of the bud and the ripening of the fruit, the wind and the rain, were caused and controlled by deities or superior beings. Primitive religious experience and primitive scientific reasoning were linked together in magic, in wizardry. Thus, at one and the same time mankind’s experiences in the realm of sensation and his striving to explain and co-ordinate those experiences in terms of his mind led to the birth of both science and religion. The two remained linked throughout prehistoric and ancient times, and in the life of the early empires of which we have knowledge. It was difficult to separate what may call proto-religion from proto-science; they made their journey like two streams, sometimes mingling, sometimes separating, but running side by side.

Or ab ye Hazaron Mandir tordne , libraries jalane, Panditon ko marne or khud ko Tabah Karne ke baad, Indians ko rationality sikhane chale hai .😎

Aqal and shakal, both are behind the veil in Pakistan. Sir, atleast we have a mixed society where all ideas can be talked upon. Kindly make your women walk the street freely and educate them. We have the culture of respecting women as goddesses but what about your culture where women are subjugated by thinking them as property. Kindly look into your backyard first.

To induce the spirit of scientific thinking and inquiry is a tough job in a state running out of religion. Pakistan instead of focusing or shifting the stanchion to far distant they can focus on exports based on vocational training. The vocational training will always comply with religion and the job skills won't challenge the religion unlike knowledge. Pakistan can build steel mills, improve electricity, some ordinary manufacturing. This will encourage exports and sufficient foreign reserves would ensure import of sophisticated technology if required. This whole idea of imparting scientific education or higher studies or quest for knowledge it's all useless and actually not speaking not needed. They need is basic roti, building and religious studies. They will do well if the government can impart some skills without incurring much expenditure. The religious fanatic ideology coupled with exports can co-exist. I think they should leave the idea of universities at all.
