Listening to the people and their pain and fear, I suddenly realise that I've crossed a line to a place where doubt and hopelessness doesn't exist. I don't know how that happened or when, but it did. I remember feeling that longing, the pain of not arriving, the fear of being left behind but it is not active in me anymore, it's just a memory. It used to eat at my heart but is doesn't now, I'm free of it. And being free feels so natural, like I can't even feel gratefulness because I don't see how it could be there in the first place. It's not awakening, I guess, since I feel the same me, only without the hopelessness. And not free of darkness either, still flowing through me. But it doesn't consume me, it just happens and passes. Maybe that's the process of embodiment

So familiar for me too. Sometimes brings doubt if I am just complacent and getting old, older. Live moves through this being, everything changes - only all the time, we will loose EVERYTHING someday, and all is good. I can’t remember storms from yesterday. So why worry? Yet I do not see myself as awake. So what happened?
@donnatotten58544 жыл бұрын
At 14, I think she is talking about the process of Tantra. Going into the energy of feeling without the story or label of what it is. ie. "anger", "loneliness," "hate". All feelings, in my experience, when awareness is allowed to completely welcome every part of that feeling, no matter what it is, the energy of the feeling, when fully welcomed...not just accepted, creates a greater sense of embodiment of the felt sense of awareness...

"Or maybe you know the truth but it's not you yet". This resonates with my situation. I will say though that it seems like it is becoming true for me a little more and a little more for me lately. Just relaxing and letting it work. I just listen and let go and It happens on its own without my interference. Often I don't even notice a difference until time has passed and I notice I am feeling more peaceful than a few months or years ago.

@@serafimsousa5383 Obviously I can not directly answer for Andrea, but the "divine alchemy" is via the same within all of us. The healing elixir is the presence of conscious-awareness. With the light of silent and pure awareness, intimately and non-judgmentally embrace the energies of fear and suffering that are felt. They exist precisely for this purpose. Just as the thought of a tree, is not a tree, no thought is reality; so don't think about it. Deeply feel your way through it.

Thank you very much, James Thomas. "I'"ve come to realize, little by little that happiness is not a place of arrival, but a place of departure. Silent, pristine awareness. "I" don´t get however the part, where you mention "the energies of fear and suffering that are felt. They exist precisely for this purpose".....can you please explain? Peace, serenity and love. Blessings.
@jamesthomas12445 жыл бұрын
@@serafimsousa5383 I can answer that only from my own experience. I suffer from major depression, which even when there is no thinking or story about it, manifests as a very pronounced weight or vibration within the body that I have always equated to fear and suffering. I have discovered that these sensations which I have been running from for much of my life, are actuary calling to be met with silent, open and caring awareness. They were not the demons I thought they were. They are appeals for attention and light were we can discover our deeper depths. They are paths of discovery. Seen and experienced in this light, they are a blessing. Hope this helps.

@@evec3832 When you fall in love with someone... isn't it true that you lose interest in yourself and make it all about the other person? The realisation is that falling in love is recognizing yourself in the other. You don't need to love yourself or even relate to yourself. You already are that.
@evec38323 жыл бұрын
@@tomijumisko8033 Thanks for your response. At this point in time, loving myself like I love others is still a mechanical process for me. Believe it or not, I have to concentrate on the unconditional love I feel for one of my pets, and then transfer that benevolence to myself, as if I were one of them. It's not that I don't like myself. I enjoy time with myself like I enjoy time with my husband. But loving myself to the point at which I can release my shame is still very difficult. A healthy amount of shame (the neurosis of the conscience) is fine, but forgiving myself for my shortcomings is a fundamental problem for me. I guess I learned it from my mom.

Another way to say 'truth' is,- fact/actual/real,. ('It is true that the sun shines upon the earth'.) The word 'truth' is only a communacative, vibratory sharing of cooperative experience. The answer is between the duality of the two parts,- Lie/truth. Within the two parts as well as their binding energy (singularity). They are all three. All three is observance. Observing it, activates it. Spirituality/truth/love/intent,., cannot be done. It s not something to do. It s something to observe. Attempting to 'do' it, results in the equal/opposite occurring. This happens to keep it within balance (maintaing the velocity of the moment).

For the Rishis of old it was enough to hear the truth from the Guru. The teacher would speak and the student would understand, read Upanishads. Today people have so much garbage in their minds and bodies that they cannot make the connection permanent to what the teacher is saying. Maybe it was the soma that allowed the ancients to really make the teaching a reality for them.

For centuries its been about mind training. About realizing that your mind is basically a collection of habits. Neuroplasticity is proving that. Shakti and other teachers provide a new kind of environment to help aid the way to a new way of seeing. But they can only go so far. The rest is up to us. We have to keep on working on our minds. I don't get why talk about working on yourself is taboo these days. I suspect that this is becomin a new kind of speak: - that you are already there and all is well etc etc. The reality is we are deeply conditioned. Just letting go is highly unlikely to end that conditioning as those two brave women here mentioned. They weren't given any new ideas here. Just the usual stuff. The truth is they have to do something. Either work harder on themselves or try a new approach. Doing nothing won't do anything! But of course this kind of talk is very unpopular in the capitalist world we live in. Where everything - enlightenment included - is instantly offered to you. And where many are startig to earn a living being gurus. Remember where these talks are taking place. In the midst of wealth and full stomachs. They would't go down in most of the places in the world where people struggle just to survive. And parts of the world living in war or the terror that war may break out any moment. So I say yes and no. And if you want to be of help work on yourself instead of just being content to be told over and over again that there is nothing to do. Every single being seeks the same thing. Safety and love. There are no exceptions. Think of others less fortunate.

whay do you saY they contradict each other?.
@ToniAnnBarandon7 жыл бұрын
Hi! It's ok... you're not stupid at all. It's just that it's so obvious we all miss it or think "this can't be it". I don't see contradiction between these teachers, although I can see why it would seem that way. They each have their own way of explaining what basically can't be explained... but I'll do my best, here. Have you ever been so engrossed in something you were doing that you lost all sense of time, or were so totally absorbed in it that you had no thoughts other than what you were doing? That's a clue. In general moments, it's your experience all of the time, but there are layers piled over it. Layers of thoughts, beliefs, getting caught by distractions. Awareness is underneath all of it, watching it all happen. Sit alone + quiet, and feel the sense that you exist. Feel in your body the sensation of being. Can you feel that you exist? Some may call this "presence", some "beingness", some "awareness", some "consciousness". It's all the same thing. It's the felt sense that you exist. The felt sense of being present. The felt sense of being. It might be a dull feeling at first. That's ok. Just keep resting in that felt sense of being. It may even feel like you have to "do" it, at first. But, the more you rest there, the easier and more obvious it gets. Let your mind say whatever it wants. Don't push away or shame your thoughts. And don't grab on to or believe them. Let them come + go, and keep resting in the felt sense of being. This beingness is who you are. The core of you that sees all things come + all things go. But you are always present. I hope that helps

Stay with your raw experiences of yourself or realy anything and watch where the experience takes place. I see the mind to be a fractal cooperative. Not to be blamed for a n y t h i n g ! All lifes things/being are comprised of energy centers (auras/cycles of life/,- One being the primary (heartsource/auric center/soul/sourcefield connection,.) and the others being,- mind- processor of 3D, body- feeling, vision- observer, flow- action/dynamic. Each one having all five within (mind has mind, body, heaet ,.). All cooperate and coordinate lifes guidance (God/Spirit,.) to them (I am a mind that thinks, a body that feels, a heart that knows, a vision that sees and an action that flows). We re a cooperative. Not a competitive. Mind hating/bashing/blaming is h i g h l y competitive. Of which is incredibly inefficient.

These people virtually crying that they are not making progress will not make progress because there is a blockage deep in their emotional content or some chemical imbalance which limits what their experience can be. No amount of crying will change it. They must take some drug to change their brain chemistry so they can move on. Effort in meditation will not be enough, meditating for years will not change their condition. There is a deep seated fear or limit which they may not even be aware of going on with them. Certain nootropics may help. The teacher cannot help them off the ledge because they are attached to it. Caterina is great but I hope her teaching doesn't go down the emotional well her students are pushing.
