I am a hospice nurse and have been at the deathbed of many at their moment of death. As the spirit ( consciousness) is released from the physical body ,there is an other worldly light and energy that emanates and radiates out from the deceased , filling the whole room with what I can only described as peace,serenity and an all encompassing love. It touches all my senses and my heart that I instinctually bow my head in reverence. It happens so often that I know it is real and it is sacred. The non-believer in their fear will denied and dismiss this experience as delusion . For me, it is grace and a blessed final departure gift my patients gave me which I am forever grateful for.

@SolveEtCoagula935 жыл бұрын
Barbara Brennan With respect Barbara you are confusing hallucinations with illusions. An hallucination is an event usually made up by an individual brain - it can usually only be perceived by that individual. An illusion exists but is not what it appears to be. When the brain receives a sensory input all it is receiving is a series of electrical signals along the nerves. The brains job is to turn those signals into something which can be presented to and understood by consciousness. To achieve this the original signals undergo a huge amount of processing and converting. They have to be decoded, analyses, recognized, classified, associated to memories and feelings - this whole process, which are just on the verge of understanding is extremely complex and mostly completely hidden from consciousness. If, at some point the incoming signal doesn’t make any sense and cannot be correlated with previous experiences it will either be rejected or altered in such a way as to fit the brain conceptual model of reality. This is most definitely an act of filtering. A good, simple example is that of colour. Colour does not exist in the world ‘out there’. Electromagnetic radiation (light) has no colour. However, somewhere inside our brain the appropriate sensory signals from the eye are given a form which we may call ‘green’. But ‘green’ only exists in our heads, nowhere else. So, green’ is an illusion. Our brains have filtered and labeled some inputs as being ‘green’ but outside of our own perception we have no idea what ‘green’ really ‘looks like’.

George became a strong believer in Krishna and Krishna consciousness. He helped the Hare Krishna movement in many ways. Many of his songs even on his early albums, like ALL THINGS MUST PASS and LIVING IN THE MATERIAL WORLD, are based on the philosophy of Bhagavad Gita. George produced and recorded the first record by a group of Hare Krishnas which immediately went to no.1 and was selling out in England and Europe ('69 &'70) for many months. During his last days he invited his 3 best friends from the Krishna movement, Mukunda, Shyamasundara, and Gurudas to spend time with him singing Hare Krishna and to be there during his final moments. Remember how he wrote a song on one of his early albums called THE ART OF DYING and many years later he was doing just that. So his life and his dying were all very spiritually focused. That is really quite a feat when you are so famous and so wealthy. Deepak is quoting Lord Krishna but he explains it wrongly because Krishna never says that YOU are the UNIVERSE. Read the Bhagavad Gita for yourself and understand this great philosophy of life and the universe.

We are all a spark off the Big Bang (the Cosmic Climax) of Love. Our ONE true, authentic vibration (before being distorted by illusions that we accept) is LOVE. Anytime we operate outside of LOVE (for any reason) we have entered into the distortion/illusion again because we are not living LOVE, our authentic vibration. This distortion of our frequency is what causes disease and eventually death. Death is the result of living outside of Love. Period. Self-love is the unconditional Love we've all been searching for. It is the Holy Grail. Once we consciously transmute all distortions (all judgments and guilt towards ourselves) all that is left is LOVE. We are then aligned and synchronized with our authentic vibration LOVE. Love, Light and Life are all the same frequency. Once we align with Love, we have aligned with Light and Life. Death is a different frequency and cannot abide there. We have eliminated death. Masters only see and live in love at ALL TIMES. They NEVER SEE DISTORTION/ILLUSION. By seeing it we create more illusion. Masters know that there is perfect LOVE energy behind that illusion and that is what they see. You are loved and you are Love. We are both the creator and the creation because you cannot have one without the other. We are currently expressing ourselves as the creation but when we Master ourselves (thoughts, consciousness, every atom within us vibrates Love), we then assume our higher role as Creator Gods. And the circle of Life is complete. This is the process and power of creation, worlds without end Amen.

What on Earth are you talking about??? Such a silly saying!! One who knows speaks the truth and shares it with everyone he possibly can!!! There is a truth and the truth is Jesus. If you really want to live in a grounded way, read the Bible and ask Jesus to help you to understand it. He will. He will become your dearest friend. It is a magical thing and very beautiful.

@@lizannewilliams8233 you just proved the point of that statement! When you know "the truth" that we are all divine consciousness we don't have to get into silly arguments about religion,Jesus,Buddah,Allah,etc you are the truth,therefore there is no need to speak it! Hope that clears it up for you!

@@JeffLloydsouthport Not at all. We are not God, we are not the truth. We are so short of the Glory of God. We are loved yes, by our creator, but we did not create ourselves. We were wonderfully made by God and were designed to find him in the madness of this world. God comes first, not the self. Narrow is the path, very few find it. God said so!!

George's very first song that got produced and included on a Beatles album was Long Long Long. A pure and divinely inspired song that was about Krishna.The longing to know Krishna who appeared as a personification of Transcendent bliss consciousness. .Worth a listen

First? Oh no....He had several songs indluded in their albums prior to that. The first was called "Don't Bother me" and I think it was in their first or second album. I can remember so many others before Long Long Long. which was one of the last songs, as a matter of fact. "I need you", in Help, Taxman in Revolver, If I needed someone in Rubber Soul ...Gosh, I would be tired of writing all of them. Man, you need to listen to their albums because you are missing wonderful songs by George Harrison.

A very short story--One Choice I found myself in dream. I was alone in a bright white room. There were two doors on the walls opposite me. One door was labeled "Entrance", the other "Exit". A voice in my head said, "There is only One Choice. That choice is Eternal. There is no Time, take as long as you need to decide. Once the choice is made, it is done." Then a piece of paper appeared on the floor. A flowing foreign script produced the words, "No one wants to leave Heaven. No one wants to go to Hell." From this curiously confusing clue I made my decision. I chose the door labeled "Entrance". I opened the door, I walked through...and as the dream went black, I awoke.

Indeed, George "woke up" to the eternal nature of his consciousness. When that happens to an individual, it changes everything.

I believe the one experience of consciousness we have yet to realize and rationalize in our perception of reality, and incidentally the one Deepak Chopra has never addressed, is the presence of extraterrestrial life and the boundless nature of consciousness such a discovery will unveil. As long as our species continues to believe we are the beginning and end of sentient life in the universe.... with have no reason to wake up.
