this is a terrible test. toner reactive foil requires heat, pressure and smooth quality paper. your iron needs to be over 300+ degrees, you should have done this on a hard surface and pressed down evenly, and it looks like you're using simple copy paper which wont work it should be smooth quality paper or cardstock. lastly your graphic has to be vector or text quality, 300 dpi. how is this video a "science hack". ugh

Hello mate...laser print toner heats up and melts slightly and makes the foil from the transfer sheet stick to it - a bit like glue.

I have used local store printout, you can use any laser printer printout,laser printer use toner, which is made of plastic, that heats up and melts slightly and allows the gold foil transfer sheets to stick like glue.

I used a Laser printer and the exact same foil you are using in the video. However when I use the same method it barely sticks at all:( I’m using it on cardstock 200gm if that makes a difference) pls help

Pls make sure you are providing proper heat to foil....

Yes you can use photocopy but it should be laser printout.
