Only for the speakmans I would have no support at all. I love your videos they give me so much hope. I have attended so many counsellors and none have them have reached me as much as your video's. I wish I could meet u in person as you are an amazing Couple and I depend on your videos so much u wouldn't believe. They bring so much needed positivity and hope to me and many. I suffer from crippling anxiety the only time I leave the house is to collect my script from my chemist. I have not see my doc since just before Christmas and I feel like I'm drowning and there is no way out. I'm afraid of suicide but I'm not living now just existing. I dont know where to turn, I haven't showered in days and the smallest task that would be normal to most is like climbing mount Everest to me. I don't know how much longer I can go on in this world. Congratulations to you both. You are so amazing and change so many peoples lives ❤️ I saw you on This Morning earlier and you helped a lady overcome her fear of spiders - Amazing. I am 56 and have lived with the same phobia for as long as I can remember. Just this morning I have been spraying peppermint oil around the house. As we are now in the throws of spider season, I wondered if you have any plans to do a self help video to help people overcome their phobia of spiders ❤️
