Crikey this is exactly me ! I'm a deep worrier ..but I'm unfortunate to have a lot of things to worry about ...family problems ..health concerns and upcoming surgery and another failed relationship .. but I'm going to listen to this again and challenge them all ..many many thanks as always xx

I've been a huge admirer of the Speakmans for years. I've just been hit with a huge financial hit through no fault of my own. My partner gives no support whatsoever. Watching this short video today has given me a TOTALLY new perspective on what I can do to alleviate the worry. Thank you so much. I hope you realise just how much help you've offered over the years. Thank you Nick and Eva for another helpful video. I'm definitely an over worrier and I think my reason is fear of failing and a combination of the reasons you mention. Everyday is a struggle for me. I cannot even go to the GP without having an anxiety attack. Everyone tells me my self esteem is through the floor and I just cannot get over it. I really wish I can make one of your tours or workshops in the future. Please keep making these videos 💕

Thanks so much for this video, I suffer from anxiety and this has helped. The origin of most of my worries is a phobia of medical situations, therefore I engage in lots of worry and safety behaviours to avoid me or my family ending up in a doctors waiting room or A&E. I also suffer badly with health anxiety, is this something you will be doing a video on? Thanks again for all that you do. xx

I don't worry 😉 I gave it up years ago - I do have people around me which i fundamentally don't agree with and they make me angry. Maybe 2 different subjects.

Thanks for the video. I have a complete fear of flying and going on holiday as I'm away from my safe place. Have you any advice please as I'm booked to go away in June with my family for the first time and I'm terrified?

i suffer with health anxiety... for 3 years now and it mainly centers around cancer. It really is hard to deal with as i was never like this before, im a 29 year old mum of 2 beautiful children... any advice would be much appreciated 😊

Hi Eva and Nick, I really liked that video I was just wondering if you could do a KZbin video about fear of dogs because I don't like them jumping up at me and I don't like them running torwards me but I have never been bitten by one but a few times they have really scared me. I can’t go the beach because I worry about tsunami’s. I know it’s Low probability of it actually happening but it’s always in my mind how do I overcome this?

Hi Lydia, it is important to identify why this worry started. This way you can then challenge it by questioning why you believe that a tsunami is going to happen, and how/why you may have got it wrong x

Anxiety and worried are related to guilt, denial,fear, control. Analise it be honest to ur self why ur problem are related to those thing and if there is something u can do about it doit if not pray to God about it. He can relieve u from it.
