Genuinely, my first psilocybin experience, while the trip itself wasn't awesome (did not properly prepare my set and setting), it had such a profoundly positive long term effect, to a degree no medication had ever had. It's the only substance that had a noticeable effect on my PTSD, and it effectively cured my depression for several months. I had been on SSRIs for years that did almost nothing so it was truly life changing to actually discover a substance that could have such a profound positive impact on my mental health

How wonderful that you found something that worked for you. I understand what you have been through. I have felt hopeless so many times. I have treatment-resistant depression, and in more than 40 years of meds and therapy, the only thing that has helped so far is Esketamine, which is too expensive, even with insurance. This is partly because the effective treatment for me is twice a week. I am going to try Ketamine, which is much less expensive and has worked well for a friend. I would love to try mushrooms. In my country magic mushrooms grow on cows poop (we have a metric ton of cows) legend has it you just have to go to the right place in the countryside and as long as you collect them yourself and don't sell them is completely legal. One day I'll go on vacation to this wonderfull place that has no electricity, just gorgeous beaches and cabins for rent and stare at the stars, the real ones and the ones only I'll see lol

I ate 80 in hawaii 1st time thought they were food biggest thing was, I got to cement bathroom in this park we were in and got in stall but paralyzed looking at wall standing by pisser and. Couple 5 inch black centipedes were going around the wall this is ling story but anyway I finally unfroze just went back to picnic table and drank beer and tripped.Wish i could do the story the mushrooms were stolen the owners came with guns pissed off to park ask where are mushrooms i said i ate them they said all of them well all but 30 they ran back to there cars left like they saw a ghost
