I got diagnosed at 19 (almost 2 years ago) with ADHD and autism and it’s 100% underdiagnosed in women. I got treated for anxiety since I was 13 and when I got diagnosed, I found out my GAD was most likely secondary. I have a lot of trauma from school because I didn’t have the support I needed. Gotta love having performence based self esteem. I only matter and deserve good things when I’m performing well and the second I don’t, I don’t deserve anything 💃
