She talked about some festival she was organising, Unite FE or Unify FE I think it was called, and telling people to download (I am not making this up) the Flatties app (!!) I doubt it happened as I am sure at least one of the debunking posse would have covered it. Maybe you could update us on what happened with that pls?

I posted a comment on your short about the "superfluid ceiling". Flerfs won't accept a vast number of observations that all align with each other and are all consistent with the earth being a globe. Yet they will accept the existence of a superfluid ceiling, which is a mechanism that: 1) they've invented themselves because they need it to make one part of their model work, 2) doesn't work with other parts of their model, and 3) doesn't have a shred of evidence to support its existence. Worse than that, they have the arrogance to believe that they've discovered something that no scientist has ever identified, despite their obvious lack of scientific understanding.

This is what keeps the flerf people fun for me: they cannot comprehend the idea of a model. They always scramble to come up with some explanation to an obvious death blow to their stupid ideas, find one, brag about it, but neglect to apply that explanation to the other related observations. They think that they just need to poke holes in the round Earth and call it a day, but they're incapable of explaining that same observation in their model without fundamentally changing it and yet they make no effort to revise it, because they know it would completely collapse.
