Let me know how much water you want to cool and I will help you with specifica calculations on your project. Water quantity... Cooling speed 1hour, 2 hours, or keeping it cold at 1-2°C for example, to prevent freezing. I can design a proper peltier fridge or freezer for you and I will post the design on my channel for you. For 2-3 litres chest fridge freezer -5°C or plus +1°C, 2°C, you need a thick styrofoam box to fit 2 bottles 2l each. I will design a box with peltier top freezer next to the lid. Your lid will be sized at half the box top. The lid must not have any circuit on it. You gonna need dual water cooling kit. Both of them large pc radiators with 3 fans. You will need 4 peltiers to run at half the power, to be more efficient. Peltiers will run at 50% of their rating. 25w input for each peltier. 4 small water blocks. 2 peltier blocks cooled by one pc pump radiator. Total power consumption 130watts per hour. 1 x folding solar panel 200w. 1 battery 25.6v lifepo4 50Ah. 1 step down converter 20v-32v step down to 12v regulated. 1 mppt charge controller. If you need this project to run on solar power 24 hours a day, you will need a 24v 230Ah battery. ($1100 battery) If you run this cooler on hot days directly with solar, you can do it with just solar panel. The cooling will stop few minutes when is a little bit cloudy outside and will restart when the sun is shinning. The system could be costly to do it properly engineered. Total cost will go up to $450 without solar, and £2000 including the whole solar system with 5kwh lifepo4 battery and you don't pay for electricity 12 years. Total weight with solar and battery equipment will be 60kg just to have a real peltier freezer with 8L box total volume internal space. The cheapest way is to buy a 12v 24v compressor mini chest freezer with $400 and 25w consumption per hour and plug in to a solar charged battery AGM 24V 100ah total or buy a cheap solar generator like Bluetti. Peltier refrigeration is too costly to run, because is power hungry. The best part is that you can travel everywhere with that without damaging. But a chest fridge is prone to damage within 3-5 years if doesn't stay in your house or car, without bouncing too much. Personally, I will save on energy using a mini chest fridge freezer like Shorline, marine grade.
