I have been dealing with abdominal pain, weight loss, vomiting, fevers, exhaustion and complete lifestyle changes. Everytime I do any activities I get sick with pain or fevers. I’ve had 2 CT scans and both show mesenteric panniculitis. I’ve been referred to GI doctors but haven’t been given much info on treatment of my symptoms. I’m very frustrated as I’ve been struggling with daily tasks with the pain and nausea. Any suggestions to tell my doctors? So far they are waiting on results of colonoscopy

I have been living with this for almost 5 years and now currently It has evolved to a mass about the size of a baseball. I am service connected due to environmental factors of deploying the the middle east. I basically feel weaker and recover slower. Other than that bloating is immediate after eating certain things. It feels uncomfortable to sit straight up or lay flat. Although, im used to the constant pain I really feel it when my stomach is empty or really full. I feel a little pain after running but nothing bad.

@@gizmohunts Have they ever gave you any autoimmune system medication(supress your immune system)? I have been very lucky for my body has been extremely resistant.

@@jamesvzfighter yes I have been on corticosteroids and most recently another cycle followed by me starting biologics (Rituximab)

Hi sir from one and half year im facing this problem bloating stomach feeling pain some times vomitings, this pain and bloating will go with out medicine. Its alternatively repeat 10 days once. I thouggt before its a gastric problem. Recently i got so much bloating and pain i consulted to doctor he did all scanings ultrasound, blood tests, ct scan, in reports found the problem is mesenteric penniculitis. Doctor advised me there is no treatment for that disease its a rare disease it will go away its own. Now bloating is reduced but still im feeling weight in my stomach something is there. Please advise me sir there is no treatment for me im facing this problem from one and half year.

How dangerous is the surgery? My pain started in the lower part under the belly button area than has now moved up to my back I am on prednisone given a week supply just got if from the er. Follow up isn't till next week
