Hi, glad to find you. I was telling my Physiotherapist and personal trainer I am in pain what ever exercises they offer. I knew there's muscles spasm that's eliminating my movement and causing pain. But I was confused with your explanation because you pulled the fascia in right so the shoulders tilted and you said the carve must be in lift as the model. actually my carve is opposite c lumber so it's in my right and guess what my right shoulder and my right pelvic is tilted. This confusing was the first I noticed when my pt was thinking of bending to the right to free the muscles in the left. But if I will bend to right my right shoulder tilt will increase!! And I will not be in a good Posture. I can see you have the same way of treatment but in different ways. Can you explain what I am missing please.

And one more point I think my right fascia is the pulled one because my right muscles are more paining. And left leg is weekend because of the pulled fascia in the right pelvic. All these are myself analysis. Please can your institute help me

Good question, with scoliosis sometimes all the pieces go in one directions but often times people have an S curves scoliosis which sounds like what you might have. This means there are pulls and bends in multiple directions. Long story short, we highly recommend an individualized assessment in order to find the right approach for the right person. This demonstration was just showing that maybe it’s not just bones but maybe it’s the way the connective tissue is pulling that is causing the issue. We hope that helps

Hello, I have an S curved spine meaning that I have two curves so if I bend on the one side, the other curve gets worse... Also I'm suffering from hard flaccid chronic pelvic pain is this cause because of my scoliosis?
@Life360Summit5 жыл бұрын
In our experience, addressing the lumbar curve produces the best result overall, even if in the S curve case they are in opposition to one another. The thoracic curve « balances « on top of lumbar ... we find that by improving/alleviating the pull on the lumbar ... people experience a huge decrease in pain and also gain mobility/function. We hope this makes sense 🙂 As to the pelvic pain, we can not speak as to a possible correlation without an in person assessment.

Vert well noted. Thank you doctor. My scoliosis occured from a broken foot and lack of dorsiflexion due to lack of rehabilitation. No doctor ever looked at my foot. Always at the spine. After a deep resarch about how the biomechanics can actually influence your physical but also mental health, I am (hopefully) on the right way to recovery. My pain has reduced by 50-60% percent. Good health to everyone. No scoliosis is the same. Look into overlying factors.
