Thank you this is been a great video your videos really help me out with my scoliosis or crooked back we aren't quite sure. I never had signs of anything wrong with my back until about a year and a half ago and I'm 42 but I have the ribs that stick out and my back is crooked and my hips are uneven along with many other problems, and all this happened extremely fast in my x-rays a year and a half ago it shows my hips are even so the chiropractor I'm going to is not quite sure if it is scoliosis or a crooked back due to injuries didn't address properly. So I was wondering can you have alot of the signs of scoliosis but not have scoliosis just a crooked back? And thank you for all your videos they're helpful as well as your book I really enjoyed it tremendously so I hope to hear from you and thank you again. Diana from Phoenix

Thank you doctor…. And thank god, I found this video ….. my daughter, who is 15 now…… is suffering from scoliosis ……her left front rib is prominently higher than the right one…. And when she bends forward, right side of the spine comes up & these days she is complaining about pain in left side of the chest ……. Please suggest , what precautions we should take …… and which exercise she should continue with? Unluckily , we’ve not got a great doctor yet, who can handle this ….. can you suggest some good doctor here in Chandigarh (India) ,,,,,,, if you know some????? And should she continue with her badminton game?

And it can never be cured….. but I laughter at. Him…. I promised my daughter that we’ll anyhow do it…😊😊 and your videos are gonna help me for that…… I request you to please help patients like us living far away , who can not come to your centre physically by making more videos in that context 😊🙏🏻🙏🏻💖

I rememberb when I was about 40 or a little younger I was told I had arthritis in my sterno . Listen ing to now I think I haf scoliosis then and was not properly treated or diagnosed.
