Scoliosis Treatment Guidelines: Which Option Is For You?

I am 66 yrs old. My scoliosis is now adding to my osteoporosis. I had a lift in my right shoe between 18 and 25 yrs of age. I have been working on my balance and back muscles since I was in my early 40's. And the last 5 yrs , I have been working on bone health. I have noticed in the last yr my right side is twisted backwards. I don't know where center is but I would love to have a conversation. Keep up the good work!
