Interesting I find this video now. I was just diagnosed with degenerative disc in L4 and L5 and slight scoliosis. Was wondering if the scoliosis would have any effect on the discs like putting any abnormal pressure on them?

Your opinion Doesn't matter a side bend is just what I call it, because it’s what it is. Scoliosis is a lateral bend when looking at an AP view. It’s classified as 20 degrees or more. Just from experience, I’ve seen that a formal diagnosis is many times dehumanizing and also limits our healing. This is why I try to get people to detach from a disease process or diagnosis. -Dr. Matt
