What is Levoscoliosis of the Lumbar Spine?

I was just looking through some old test results and saw that on a chest xray taken in 2017, the doctor noted i had a levocurvature of the lumbar spine. It was never brought up to me so me, just finding this result 7 years later is scrambling to understand what that means. This video was very informative and I will be bringing this up to my current doctor to see what this means for me down the road as I age.

I was diagnosed today with slight Levoscoliosis. I got x rays taken because a few weeks ago I had a severe muscle spasm that left me incapacitated for several hours. Apparently my L5 disk is showing slight signs of degeneration as well.

I was diagnosed with Thoracolumbar Levoscoliosis with degenerative disc disease at 33, I’m 38 now, I was only given an anti-inflammatory by my doctor and no other advice. Should I worry about it affecting my heart or any other organs?

I have two spine MRIs one in the lumbar and one in thorasic spine both noting levoscoliosis but this not normal?? Should i be rethinking my doctors?
