Thank you SOO much!! I've had a hard time finding an american recipe for clotted cream! Most recipes either say "its impossible to make it homemade in the US, so you have to import", or they offer a recipe that is just whipped cream -_- I KNEW there must be a way! Thank you! I will be saving this recipe and trying it myself!

I think jam first is also delicious! I just was taught clotted cream first when I first tried it haha. And will definitely just buy the cream from not on 😂
