FHP Chase Down Stolen BMW in West Palm Beach, FL

On April 7th, 2023, at around 9:24 am, the Florida Highway Troopers were conducting a routine patrol in Palm Beach County, Florida, when the Lake Worth Regional Communications Center notified all Palm Beach units of a stolen 2023 white BMW convertible with a black top and Florida Tag out of Hillsboro County. The vehicle was reportedly traveling southbound on Interstate 95 (State Road 9) from State Road 706 (Indiantown Rd), and the owner was tracking its location and providing updates to law enforcement.

On Dec. 29, 2022, it was reported, Shancello Gazich and two accomplices were arrested after a high speed chase with a stolen car in which Gazich was driving. Deputies found 13 catalytic converters in the trunk as well as the tools commonly used to steal them. Gazich of Port Saint Lucie, was arrested on a long list of charges including grand theft from a vehicle, possession of burglary tools with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, and fleeing and eluding.

Depends on the state they're in. Southern states tend to give harsher penalties than other states especially the ones on the left coast. In Georgia there are a couple of pimps doing 45 plus years. If you run the back roads of Florida and see road construction workers take a closer look at their clothes. If they're all wearing the same thing then they're state prisoners. You'll also see them out clearing overgrown bushes and such near roadways.

"The driver, identified as 18-year-old Shancello Gazich of Port Saint Lucie, was arrested on a long list of charges including grand theft from a vehicle, possession of burglary tools with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, and fleeing and eluding. Gazich is being held in the Flagler County jail on a total of $46,500 bond." His bail for these charges is $59,000. That means he literally went on two chaotic crime sprees and could have taken the lives of dozens of people and only had $4,650 and $5900 bail (10% rate by most of these scum bailbonds men). Before that he had other warrants out. Bail smounts need to be tripled and judges held accountable for low bails and weak sentencing. He's still in jail at the moment. NO BAIL FOR HABITUAL OFFENDERS. Write your state representatives and send them this video.

I saw a video of a Tesla patrol car being tested by the Logan, Ohio PD that got involved in a high speed chase of a Mustang. Every time the Mustang got out ahead of the cop due to traffic, it was incredible how quickly that Tesla closed back up once on the open road. Of course, those Teslas wouldn’t be any good with PIT maneuvers with the enormous cost of replacing damaged batteries.

I will start by saying I have great respect for our FHP officers. They're the best. That said, I've watched uncountable videos of chases and consistently, the SE Florida officers are lacking.
