Used to stay in Marathon " the drinking village with a fishing problem" at the end of the 7 mile bridge at the 50 mile marker. Too much partying in Key West would run into my friends in Key West and go back to Marathon to get a break. Almost retired in the Keys but opted for Arizona. Amazing to me the difference between the Keys and mainland Florida. Long live the Conch Republic.

I get landlocked there

@@scootertrampscotty I get that but I love the mountains and we make runs to the river when we want to get wet. Sunsets are great in Key West but so are the crystal blue sunsets on the mountains. Later my friend.

i bought a sailboat in ft lauderdale in '98 and came thru key west with a bad alternator. stopped long enough to buy a new one at the west marine and had breakfast at some diner. pretty expensive place and a lot of queers. we were hours ahead of cat2 hurricane georges and got our asses kicked halfway across the gulf headed back to galveston. I'd like to go back on the harley before I'm too old to do it.

Guess that's the thing about boats; you cant really hide or run from weather.
@paulwalker72029 ай бұрын
@@scootertrampscotty depends on the boat and the storm. cruise ships and navies do it. but little sailboats with strict agendas and little timing no you suck it up and plow on

"Bride" hopping across the islands was clearly a typo, but I can't help but envision those two doing the that as well.

Scotty has big balls and a bigger heart. I'll bet he has no shortage of women in a place like Key West where his rear seat always kept warm!

Actually, theres a lot of queers there 😒

I knew that, but figured if there was one decent looking biker chick you would be the man to find her, or in this case she would find you. Just don't wake up with your underwear on backwards man. We all live vicariously through your adventuresome life. So, for God's sake, stay safe. @@scootertrampscotty
