Big Thank you for this video, my 190 Pinasco LML engine is holding pressure with the blood pressure cuff and will go onto the Sprint asap. The value of leak testing for false air is unquestionable. Top work chaps!!!

Your series has been great for diagnosing my engine (LML Pinasco 190 / Dellorto 28 slide / Pinasco inlet manifold and reed block same as yours. But I have a rubbish box exhaust. I also had a blood pressure device sitting in the cupboard which I added a black door stop plug to. I ended finding out the chap (r-sole) that put my engine together used a metal clutch side crank seal when the case has a groove for a rubber seal. I had air pushing through the bearing. I'll keep watching big thanks, Yes you have a 251 but what exhaust are you putting on.

Great stuff Peter, glad it helped. We’re using the Pinasco box exhaust but will experiment with expansions later.

@@ScooterLabUK Let me ask another question. I have a LML 150cc with a 190 Pinasco Magny Cours cylinder kit and Flytech ignition. What exhaust catagory am I in. The 150cc class or 200 class. I have never received a consistent answer from SIP or SC . That might just be Za German blunt response.
@RowdyCStuff2 жыл бұрын
@@peterwriede7772 150 class. 200 exhaust has a different/larger hole where the exhaust connects to the motor.

@@RowdyCStuff last question I promise: with a Pinasco cylinder kit, do you round off the exhaust port in the bore and do you do the same for the the transfer ports or just the exhaust. As background I understand the rounding reduces unnecessary wear on the cylinder rings against the bore and better movement of particles around the engine bore. What do you think?
