Personally speaking, this was my favorite part of the game; the execution animations. They just added such a nice tone and feel to the war zone that had unleashed as you gazed upon helpless others, being tossed all around in chaos. Over all, one of the BEST RTS games I have played yet. (sorry Westwood, Dune 2000 was fun, but Relic did it right with DOW 1)

Well, the main reason was the absence of proper compilations on youtube, so I've decided to make one myself. Took me more than 30 hours in general to stage all those fights, save replays and record needed samples. That even with some modifictations, which allowed me to control the game speed and AI palyers. After all those chores I was kind of bored with this game in the end.

Most of the generic sync kills are either body beating till they drop on the ground, two hits, or one hit. I like how different units has variations of these. And then you have unique ones like FC/CL Vs. Bloodthirster or a Krootox eating, beating, and yeeting you.

Sad that a game so old still has the absolute best content and quality. Relic mist have had a lot of fun making it so the field is littered with corpses and units are struggling with each other at an individual level and it’s not just squads slowly ticking down their hp. I don’t think anything will ever recapture the original DoW.

The only thing I hate about some of these animations is when they are getting cut horizontally, like the model doesn’t split in a horizontal line which is the way they are being cut, which would of made for some good blood moments, but overall they are still the best thing about any Dawn of War games.
