Can't believe it took you four hours just to hit the command block. Cracker's Wither Storm mod is the best. I bet the boss could easily defeat the Warden & Ender Dragon. And it would be a horror to every single harsh survival mod. The two dog's death reminds me of Ruben's death in Minecraft Story Mode, it was honestly heartbreaking.

I would’ve used that Symbiont spawning at the beginning of the video as an opportunity to escape the Wither storm since the storm doesn’t aggro when a Symbiont is alive. It would effectively remove the problem when it comes to escaping without going underground.

thats a good strategy except it doesnt actually work, wither storm doesnt attack player when player is NEAR the symbiont, so if you run away itll still pick you up

The Wither Storm will only ignore you while you're _fighting_ the Symbiont, which requires to be close enough to it. However, you do get a bit of "grace time" after killing it, which can be very useful

I have a dog in real life, and I know what it feels like when you also lose one in minecraft. Here is a tip for anyone who doesn't have a dog: although dogs are friends who love you more than you love them, they will die one day, and that is the saddest thing to experience.

For anyone playing this mod in the future, and don't want to lose your dogs like Scorchard sadly did, here's a tip that should help: Decrease your simulation distance to 5, not your render distance, and get far from the dog. But in all cases, DO NOT LET THE WITHER STORM GET CLOSE TO THE DOG, because it loads the chunks it's near, and if it loads the chunks the dog is in, they may get sick.

Forgot to say that thanks for remiding with the notification, u can heal any animal with the healing stew for wither sickness but that has to be pretty fast because wither sickness is just some hours long and when ellie died even with the wither dead is because the effect will last even if that command block is in a half dead moment One thing that confused me is how he spawned, at first i thought the command block regenerated after a while but it took u some hours and u heard that sound, apparently the wither storm regenerates after some hours instead of touching the command block triggering phase 6

also something I would like to point out that as of the recent update. If a tamed wolf gets eaten by the wither storm. They end up teleporting to you after you either blow it up with the bomb or kill it. And I am unsure if that feature was in the mod at that point because if it was you were SUPER unlucky to lose Buddy by lava and Ellie by wither sickness.

Yep! what i'm upset with though is that it's incredibly difficult to make something like this, it took me if i remember correctly, about 8 days to edit, working about 4 to 5 hours a day, it was not very enjoyable. I would love to keep doing these, but it is very difficult to do. I will most likely have a different style of content moving forward, with the occasional video such as this one.

Jesse was given the amulet by Gabriel in Story Mode, and the Wither Storm follows the amulet. The amulet is in this mod, and it functions as a device that tracks the Storm, but it also forces the Storm to follow the closest player using one.
