Sometimes when farming for deathworms, with console command that removes the sand and reveal underground water, you can see a live phoenix underground when it's not during super heatwave. Then they'll spawn at that location during heatwaves and it's one of the cool console command to actually find them.

you can find them on all these locations on official, however it is random and they remain extremely rare to find

Did those greedy bastards remove it from ASE as yet another cash grab for ASA? I can't seem to find one in ASE despite searching through several heatwaves.

the thing is they are super rare and hard to find, the spawn points will be the same for ASA to ASE however they will be difficult to find, and only 1 will spawn on the map during each heat wave, try again next wave and look at the spawns shown in the video. best of luck.
