Well Done Andrew. I knew you would figure it all out first. Now this would link to Steinberg Dorico Pro 5 . Right? In the notes and the music written out with all the music notes . They can all be connected and written out. So if you want to copy a full orchestra doing a background piece to harmonize . We can just copy it and paste it with the piece you are currently working on at the time. Right???

Thank you for sharing. For the Version 14, It doesn't support standard Midi with Lyrics. After import, It doesn't show the lyric in the score Editor. Does anyway to just copy the lyric on the note pad and paste to score Editor like version 13? I talk to the support team, he told me he still need to research for more about that issue. I would appreciate a lot if you can share the other way copy lyric and paste to the score editor or how the the Midi file contain lyric should show in the score editor. thank you

hi ntx,,, I have seen no options yet to add lyrics in bulk the way we used to in Cubase 13,,, my advice, post that on the Cubase forum,, the developers of the score editor in particular seem to be paying attention to what peoples reactions and requests for features are,,, let them know you want to add your lyrics like you used to do and maybe we will all see that added in a future update... andrew

@TheDigitalAudioManual Thank you, Andrew. One of the support team, he told me he would bring the issue to the developer team for the future update. yeah, I have already posted in the forums, but no one reacted to it. Maybe just me who needs it..... 🥱 Zong

personally I would like to have that, along with a list of other things that were removed. I'm hoping they sort it out as we go along.

This new score editor seems much cleaner and simpler. But far from being complete, maybe they want to motivate us to pay for a full Dorico license?

hi Eric,, you said it exactly,, I am seeing this as a theme in general. There are many great new ideas, but they all seem to be one step short of complete. I'm still making up my mind about it all...

Why does this have to be so complicated? No right mouse click. Bassic functions are a riddle? This is Cubase 14 Pro, they should have figured out how to make this work properly, but it is still a mess

yes marcus,, they really gave us a shock with the new score editor,,, the no rt mouse click thing annoys me as well,,, such a basic and long standing Cubase function for every other part of the program,,,
