Congratulations for a beautiful bag! I just got my dream bag yesterday from our Hermes store. I wanted a Kelly 28 sellier gold color with gold hardware and that's exactly the bag that my SA offered. Love the sellier with a more structured look and I usually dress casually. Would love a retourne in a smaller Kelly 25 hopefully in the future😊

Paris is my favourite place to get Hermes bags! My SA recently just re-located which is just another excuse to take a trip to Paris. We have the exact same bag it’s one of my faves congrats 👏🏻🤩 Usually just ask an SA if they have any cancellations that’s how I managed to score a year back now. I like that they put it in a white bag. Walking around with the orange bag makes you a theft target. I wish more stores would realize this and give customers a low key bag. Tiffany bags scream ROB ME when you leave the store.

They busted a big ring of resellers. Apparently, HALF of the birkins and kellys were being sold to these professional resellers over the last few years. They would send paid actors in to buy bags and some of the staff were also in on it. So now there is more inventory left for regular customers.
