This is one of the greatest Scorpion shows ever!! The setlist is very amazing, and Michael Schenker, Uli Jon Roth, and Herman Rarebell come back temporarily for a reunion and play songs that are from their own era. I love Michael as a guitar player, but I love Uli way way more. He sounds amazing on Pictured Life, Speedys Coming, We'll Burn The Sky, and In Trance. I love every era of the Scorpions, but the Uli Jon Roth era is and has been my favorite for over thirty years. There are some Scorpion fans that don't even know about the Uli Jon Roth era. Many here in the States think that Lovedrive is their first album. If only they could listen to the studio albums that came out before it, and one of the greatest live albums ever Tokyo Tapes.

i was there third row, even catched one of the many drum sticks Klaus was throwing when he hit the cowbell. Was 22 them, still the best live performance of any band in such a setting i saw since then. Was last weekend at KISS in Iffezheim. It was canceld mid-show after 3 Rain Drops. Wacken was flooded the days before Scorpion.

They should have also released this as a live album. What better way to celebrate what was their 40th anniversary than with a trip back through the history of the band including as many former members as they could get.

Absolutely!! The setlist is amazing also. I definitely would have bought this show on a two CD edition easily. I already Tokyo Tapes, World Wide Live, Live Bites, Acoustica, Get Your Sting And Blackout, and Unplugged In Athens all on CD. I would have also bought the live show that came out on VHS and DVD years ago Live In Berlin 1991 from the Crazy World Tour and also Amazonia Live In The Jungle all on CDs. Scorpions sound way better live than they do from the studio.

Scorpions are for me the hard rock legends from Germany ... and that already for over 50 years 🤘. I've always had the impression that they have never been as properly appreciated in their home country as they are abroad. Before this gig, the press wrote something like "What's the soft rock group doing there?" and subsequently the Scorps dropped "Wind Of Change" from the setlist, but ironically Foreigner played "I Want To Know What Love Is" at the very same festival years later, so I wonder what the difference is. If I had been Klaus Meine, I would have told the crowd, "So, now I'll whistle you the song twice" 😁.

Отличный концерт. Были приглашены музыканты из раннего состава. На мой взгляд есть один неприятный момент-между Маттиасом и Ули Джон Ротом просматривалась их антипатия друг к другу. Когда вышел Ули Джон Рот, Маттиас начал как то зажато себя чувствовать на сцене и играть. Но они оба классные гитаристы, и каждый из них внёс свой вклад в эту легендарную группу SCORPIONS!!!
