Does this cut out higher speaker frequencies?

12am had sound at first then thought I blowed fuse but fuse is good but no sound at all from any speaker

If my amp just have one channel speaker what should i do

you still connect the source to both a left and right speaker so the amp has stereo output...

just combine + and - Left and right channels,sorry 5 mo late
