I am having trouble peeling the red side off. It seems very hard to get started. Why don't they just use paper for both sides?

awful example. why would you put it inside the plastic rim? from this only a small part of the rim that is covered will hold until you accidentally bump into it.

Come on, it’s not hard to drill some holes, put plugs in and use screws. This is a bodge.
