SCOTCH MIST/PILOT - Pamela

Before PILOT's 1st album, "From the Album of the Same Name" came out, they released a single using the name, "SCOTCH MIST". This song was the Bside for their single, "Ra Ta Ta" which was a cover song. This B-Side, "Pamela" was actually written by DAVID PATON & BILLY LYALL & produced by ALAN PARSONS.

I dont have it unfortunately. Its a cover song, so at least we have the Bside which is one of their own! If I ever get hold of it, I will definitely post it to this channel!

@@steveparsonsfan4215 I have it somewhere, (unplayed copy too), I thought Scotch Mist were another band, but always knew Pamela was a Plot song. When I find it I will put it up.

I meant to say Pilot, but I think "Plot" is more appropriate. I know someone who was "in" Scotch Mist. He will not talk about it, I have heard others associated who will not talk about it. What is the big deal? (Ps Ra Ta Ta by Scotch Mist, or Pilot, Was probably the best version ) - even better that James Last Orchestra.

@@brok328 He probably doesn't have the vinyl copy. Thank you steveparsonsfan for posting this as I had never heard it but am a fan of Pilot and Alan Parsons Project.
