Love seeing new content, especially when filmed in my home town! I do see the benefit of switching up the editing, but I must say I did find it too fast a lot of the times. I was missing at least the name of each subway station and which pub you've gone in on the screen. Perhaps something between the old and new editing style would be best?

@@johnmiller9953 Nah, Rob looks for feedback and I have to agree on this one. It's worth testing this style, at least for this year, because if the numbers show otherwise then who's to judge. But as a long time fan it feels a little disingenuous and wouldn't excite me for new content.

appreciate the feedback folks. this video is consciously a bit of an outlier, where both the edit was intended to be fast, but also we didn't film as much as we should have, so there wasn't really an option in post. that said, for quite a (spoiler alert) shit pub crawl, the edit breathed a bit more life into it I feel. the next video is already done and is probably more to your tastes - whilst still fast paced, it's not like this one, and it;'s probs about 30 mins.

ever thought about doing the Wellingborough road in Northampton? not as good as it used to be back in the 80s and 90s but still a hell of a challenge for a night out. there are 13-14 pubs on the stretch back to the town center. start at the Abington and make your way back down into town towards the black prince. It's a hell of a night out. a few clubs to end the night on as well.

@Varley - nobody skips a pub to skip a drink haha, pubs get skipped because they're either embarrassingly shite or because they're too stabby. The crawl as a whole is absolutely shite though you're right there. Probably the vast majority of stops are shite. Better just sticking to the city centre / merchant city and going round the pubs there.

Most Scottish people wouldn't go near the subway never mind the pubs that surround it haha - especially the Louden, and especially on a matchday.
