Great vlog ...i was 50 yrs old the first time i rode over the applecross pass on my hayabusa,since then ive done it both ways on a bandit 1200,.. Kawasaki zx9 and this year ill be 64 and doing it on my 1600 triumph thunderbird and its gets better every time i do it,roll on june 👍

Great videos, I did the NC500 in mid September -- no midges, a bit colder though, and I used hotels. The Bealach Na Ba is excellent - I ended up doing it both ways.

Those midges were wild! Been up North a few times this year but not had it as bad as that though. I lost my bike keys in the exact position that you stopped at 12 mins 30 seconds. That was fun!

I've never known anything like it; so overwhelming and the little beasties bite too! I live in constant fear of losing my bike keys.... that's a stunning location to be hunting for them though! 🤣
