Scotland Winter Wild Camping in a HOT TENT, BIVVY BAG camp under TARP | Scottish Canoeing Adventure

Join Forester Outdoors for a winter wild camping adventure in the Glenkens, Scotland! In this video, I journey through the breathtaking scenery of this rugged and remote area of Scotland, known for its rolling hills and pristine lochs.
We start with a canoe adventure, paddling through some challenging weather conditions on the loch and taking in the stunning views. After setting up camp in a hot tent, we'll spend the night surrounded by the beauty of the Scottish wilderness.
Experience camping in the great outdoors during the winter months, and see how we keep warm and comfortable in our hot tent. We ate well again, cooking up food on the tent stove.
After a night in a leaky hot tent, I switched it up and made a voyageur inspired canoe shelter with a tarpaulin for the second night.

I do like Loch Ken. I've had some crackin trips up there. Definitely due another before long and can't beat a bit of tarp camping, always my favourite way to canoe camp if the conditions suit 👌 . Cheers John Atb Rick n Billydog

Stunning Loch! I’d like to get down the opposite end next time I go, it’s huge! Well the forecast changed from the morning, the conditions weren’t looking great but luckily that spot was well sheltered and it worked out, but you’re right can’t beat waking up with those views compared to being in a tent. Haha no it’s not! It was that tent stove set up, dumped it in the car day two and sort of regretted it on the night it was brass monkeys 😂
