Ha scotland . Left my house on the Sierra Contraviesa at about 5pm Monday in an uncomfortable 35deg curve round tother North si of Navada and parked above the ski village. It was 20c and about 12 degrees on the top + 50kph wind.Still some snow when we did a clockwise circuit of Valeta . Not that it doesn't turn up there .lasts over we got git by thunder lightning and hail just as we hit the top .

Aye t'is now confirmed it t'was you sat on the back of your car when we arrived and parked opposite you with our collie and lurcher for a wander up the same hill. I thought you looked familiar. Wasn't being rude not speaking to you oops. 🤣 Glad I'm not the only one who finds the clag unnerving at times. Always expecting Bigfoot or some other creatures to appear! It was a great wee wander and your dog gave our dogs plenty of sniffs on the way up the track 🐕🐾 thanks for the memories.

This time it's not the environment that impresses, but the way of presentation makes the foggy video definitely worth watching. Especially the fragments of the environment in winter are superb. That little dog has a name? And next time just let him roam free he/she will follow you.

mate i have watched many of your video can i ask what boots do you recomend for hiking i have some nice boots but slippy on wet rocks solomon QUEST 4D 3 GTX and mu burghuas ones need replcing..

Hi Paul - I always suggest getting boots that fit your own feet TBH - most will have vibram soles to help reduce slipping but in my experience , if it’s wet and the rocks are if a skippy variety (ie not gabbro) they will tend to be a little care required. I generally have Scarpa, la sportive and Solomon boots (mainly because the fit is ok with my muckle feet 🤣 good luck
