Hi Murray, great video as usual. Fellow Scarp 1 owner here, and I was wondering how you attach it to your bike? Was thinking of giving bikepacking a go soon

A fine video ...what mapm series did you use and what is the mag variation...or is all that a bit oldfashioned ?!

I had that breathing difficulty in Les Mouflons dormitory. Had about an hours sleep but we summited later that morning (in thick clag) …felt fine once out in the fresh air.

An excellent video thanks Murray. What an incredible location. Such awesome scenery. The climb looked tough and It made good sense to take some time out before climbing the final leg. The team did well. Thanks for taking us along on the adventure.

What an achievement. Good to see the mountain huts still doing well. Di a 10 day treck round the Stubai Alps in Austria about 30 years ago, going from mountain hut to mountain hut. Never Kew I snored before that trek!

Switzerland is such a beautiful country! I was at the Matterhorn 20 years ago just as a tourist, photographer. I went up on the Gornergrat railway, much easier than what you guys had to do. Well done guys! Spectacular scenery!

Brilliant video as always Murray. Can I ask a couple of stupid questions please? I presume you're all roped up in case someone falls into an unseen crevice. If that happened would gravity not pull the other two with him, or would the combined weight of the other two be enough to stop the fall of the unlucky person? Secondly, at the end of the video there seemed to be some staff in the hut serving food. Do they get a helicopter ride up to work? I told you they were daft questions, but I'm genuinely curious. Thanks again for your amazing channel.
@ScotlandsMountains11 сағат бұрын
not daft questions Andrew - yes the helicopter brings in supplies / staff etc etc - we saw it a few times when we had our down day and the reason for roping up it that if someone falls in the other two arrest and are there to help get them back out :) Thanks for watching ATB Murray

WHATTT? No scotch eggs for y'all at the grocery store? The horror. Loved seeing the pic of "vintage" Gerry, haha! I'm sorry you had to experience cheyne-stokes breathing, that's not fun and not a good feeling. My cousin recently traveled and visited, among many places, Aiguille Du Midi. She developed hypoxia and had to head back down bc of the low oxygen. Wow, wow, wow, the views at 4:33, 16:42, 17:56, and 19:20. Kinda leaves you with no words, and you got some phenomenal pics out of it, too. Regarding the snoring, I'd bet it was all of y'all! Ahhh, to be able to relax with some beers at the end of the trip, wonderful. Great vid Murray, thanks so much! 👋

Wow, left pretty speechless by this one Murray. Hard to find enough superlatives to describe those views! Almost doesn't look real! The hut was amazing too, don't think we would have wanted to move from a spot by those huge floor to ceiling windows with views for days!🤩⛰️🏔. An incredible effort put in by all three of you, we were enthralled from start to finish. What an alpine adventure! Thank you for sharing it with us😊🙌 Shell and Pete Ps, young Gerry looks like an action hero!😂👌🏔

I've been to that hut a few years ago. Wanted to summit the Bishorn but I didnt have the proper gear and didnt want to risk anything... I'm dreaming of going back but i'm battling cancer at the moment so it'll have to wait at least another year. But one day I'll stand on that summit! I loved this video, keeps me dreaming! Love from Belgium!

Am not an expert but I don't think it is unusual for high tide to take longer reach up to the end of lochs and estuaries.

Loved that Murray. That thumbnail is awesome!😂. Got me in the mood, but also concerned as you know the weather and conditions can really scupper plans. Looked a great view for sure. I absolutely love those high huts. Feel privileged to have experienced those places. Your film was a great tonic. You packed it all in a short film. Awesome 👌ps. Yup. Stunning shots what an adventure. Guys after this sound I recommended you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place moses peak Gilgit-Baltistan Barah Valley. Moses is open zone family trek. Its height almost 5300M. At moses peak you can see the magnificent view of The K-2 world second highest peak.
